Food Ideas

We may discuss specific ideas in session and listed here are web sites that provide recipes that are not primarily focused on providing health or weight advice. The Oldways Preservation Trust includes lists of African, Mediterranean and other cultural specific cuisine recipes. I encourage focus on recipes only that appeal to you in your process. If there is health information listed in a website we tend to ignore it or discuss if it has a place in your process.
